After its absence last year, organisers of the Big Design Trade recently announced the trade fair is back in 2024.
In previous years the event was held at the same time as Life Instyle in August, however, this year it is taking place from 24 to 26 May at the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne.
Further, the Big Design Trade will now be part of this year’s Big Design Market, ‘Almost Winter’, with 157 exhibitors displaying their latest products. Buyers and industry professionals can find unique products in categories such as fashion, jewellery, ceramics, stationery, homewares, kids products and more.
“Look out for exhibitors marked with The Big Design Trade decals, signalling their interest in wholesale buyers—a perfect opportunity for you to connect with innovative brands looking to expand their business partnerships,” they stated.
Created by The Big Design Group in 2018, the event is well-known for celebrating independent Australian designers and makers of original, ethically made gifts as well as local distributors of unique international brands.
Exhibitors at this month’s fair include Beeswax Australia, Waverley Mills, Celia Loves, More The Label, Edenwilde and Emma Morgan.
