Swiss Diamond partners with Italian chef for Aussie TV show
With cooking shows more popular than ever due to the pandemic, Swiss Diamond has partnered with Italian chef, Luca Ciano, for a new TV series.
Premiering last week on Channel 10, ‘Luca’s Key Ingredient’ is an exciting new seven-part cooking show where each episode Ciano will take your taste buds on a journey showcasing Italian and Australian produce.
“I was born and raised in Milan, Northern Italy where I first started cooking with my nonna when I was eight years old,” says Ciano.
“I look forward to sharing some recipes, tips and a little story or two about some of my favourite ingredients.”
He will be exclusively using Swiss Diamond Cookware in his seven-part cooking show. He also uses Swiss Diamond in his cooking master classes and at home.
Paul Neil, managing director of Swiss Made Brands, which distributes the brand, says the show is the perfect vehicle for the brand as it will hit its target audience and Ciano loves to cook with the Swiss Diamond XD Cookware.
“Swiss Diamond has had an affiliation with Luca Ciano for about six years,” he says.
“He has been involved in cooking demonstrations with a number of our retailer partners with our cookware, and he utilises the cookware in his home and his own cooking demos promoting his pastas and pasta sauces, so when Luca decided to make a cooking program, we immediately signed up to be the cookware sponsor.”
Swiss Diamond is all about empowering the home chef by manufacturing high quality nonstick cookware in its factory in Sierre, Switzerland, and is sold in over 50 countries in high-end kitchen stores, department stores, online, and in gift catalogues.
“The TV show will lift the brand awareness for our Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick Cookware in the consumers mind. We have an extremely strong retail network for the brand and very strong loyalty with consumers, so this national TV exposure will enhance the brand significantly,” adds Neil.
The series is now showing on Channel 10.
