Eco-friendly design wholesaler, The Bamboo Design, has moved to a bigger space to help keep up with business growth.
“It’s cosy and inviting,” says Marie Kang, marketing manager The Bamboo Design. “A nice office with lots of windows, a warehouse just downstairs, and a showroom of our very own to showcase our products, as well as products of like-minded brands that we partner with.
“Now we have our customers and partners come directly to us, whenever is convenient for them. This is great because they can touch and see all our new products, and have access to the full range that is sometimes harder to see through a catalogue. There are also more business opportunities, like hosting meetings for like-minded businesses, or weekend markets for local customers.”
The new warehouse has been well-received by clients and already helped to improve logistics.
“It definitely increased efficiency in operations, as well as everything is just more smooth and organised. We have better control of everything that goes on, from internal operations to orders to inventory management.”
