Australian doggy brand DOOG is about to make lots of retailers very happy with the introduction of its new range DOOG Home.
Launching next month, the pet homewares collection is all about combining pet style with functionality. With our furry friends being such an integral part of our family, DOOG director Jessica Knight saw a gap in the market.
“We believe that dogs are such a significant part of our home life these days and that the accessories we use for our pets inside the house should look as stylish as any other accessories we use to style our homes with,” she says.
“When designing these products we have incorporated current trends in textile patterns while making the products as practical and functional as possible for the dog owners.”
The bright and colourful dog beds in the DOOG Home collection come with an easy to remove machine washable cotton cover and are stuffed with comfy, recycled poly filling that has been encased in an odour and waterproof lining meaning you don’t have to wash the insides of the bed often.
The ceramic bowl range comes with a non-slip silicone base that can be removed so the bowl can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. There is a smaller bowl for food and a large bowl for water.
“We see the launch of this line as an opportunity to branch into the dog bed and bowl market and offer our retailers something unique, functional and beautiful to add to their current range of pet accessories,” Knight explains.
The new DOOG Home collection will be in stores from 1 July.
