Stationery design brand kikki.K has teamed up with chocolatier Koko Black to create a limited edition block of chocolate featuring the design from kikki.K’s Valentine’s Day collection, Neon Hearts.
The packaging for kikki.K x Koko Black chocolate features neon pink and gold foil confetti details balanced with white. It ties in with greeting cards and wrapping paper designed for Valentine’s Day 2014.
kikki.K founder Kristina Karlsson describes partnering good design with chocolate as the perfect combination, especially as her company and Koko Black share passion for little luxuries that make people feel good.
“It’s no secret that I’ve always been an absolute foodie,” she says. “When it comes to chocolate, it’s good quality, delicious handmade chocolate that I love – which is why Koko Black was the perfect chocolatier to work with.”
While this is the first time kikki.K has collaborated with another brand it’s not likely to be its last with Karlsson hinting of more to come.
“Collaborations are so exciting, and so is the prospect of more in the future. Combining different expertise and experiences to bring our customers something truly unique and special is a wonderful feeling. You’ll have to watch this space to see what might be next.”
