Kick-start your business with Life Instyle’s New Breed Scholarship
In a bid to support small, local business and to further elevate start-ups and new exciting products, Life Instyle is introducing a brand-new scholarship.
In a first for the boutique trade fair, the New Breed Scholarship is an award program designed to give up and coming designers a kick-start as they take the leap into wholesale.
Life Instyle exhibition manager, Flyn Roberts, says they know what it takes to start a business (equal parts, blood, sweat, tears and elbow grease) and they support the bold and the brave business owners who take risks.
“Throughout everything we do, we are focused on our continued support for small, local business and we are always looking for ways to further elevate and grow start-ups and new, exciting products,” she enthuses.
“So it is with great pride that we announce the launch of the Life Instyle New Breed Scholarship.”
One lucky young brand will receive a prize package valued at over $6,000 including a stand at the upcoming Life Instyle Sydney event in 2020, which will be located at the ICC for the first time.
Life Instyle has also partnered with thelotco and The Life Style Edit, which will offer a half day business coaching session and a photographic studio session respectively as well as a hand-picked exhibitor mentor.
Applications are now open to Australian and New Zealand businesses across all product categories who are within their first two years of trading, and who have not previously exhibited at Life Instyle. Last day for entries is Sunday 13 October and finalists will be announced on Monday 21 October.
Submissions will be reviewed by an expert judging panel including Jumbled’s Pip Brett, Scott Druce from Telegram Co, the Life Style Edit’s Heidi Albertiri and business consultant Melissa Robbins of thelotco.
