Highlights from Style Bangkok 2019
We attended Style Bangkok this April from 17 to 19 April. This year’s theme was Crenovative Origin, combining creativity, innovation and the origin of Thai identity into product creation. Here are some of the show’s highlights.
Thailand is known for its natural resources including wood and bamboo. These sunglasses are right on trend!
Everyone was talking about these clocks made of elephant poo by hyperdesign lab, so we had to go and check them out ourselves!
Leaf is another popular raw material used by Thai manaufacturers. This bag is made from Tong Tung leaves!
We love this canvas! It’s based on a real photo and crafted through weaving. One canvas can be as wide as 2.5 metres.
These bags from Repleat are made of recycled polyester!
We are loving these decorative butterflies made of silk!
We spotted some fabulous furniture pieces at the fair including these bold and unique chairs!
