Gourmet food brand Stonewall Kitchen launched in Australia
Zoratto Enterprises featured products from US gourmet food label Stonewall Kitchen at its Melbourne Reed Gift Fair appearance last week after it was appointed sole Australian distributor.
The wholesaler discovered the brand while in the US a few years ago and was inspired to bring it home for local retailers because of the eye catching packaging and the variety of flavours.
“Stonewall Kitchen’s philosophy is of heart and passion in everything they produce, with their product line continuing to be one of the most awarded in the industry year after year with nationally recognised specialty foods,” says Skye Day, Zoratto Enterprises marketing associate. “What we feel is so special is the vast array of unique products and flavours that you would not find anywhere else, and this is what makes these products so exciting.
“Gourmet foods such as blueberry-peach fruit butter, mango lime salsa, caramelised onion mustard and even hot pepper peach jam just to name a few are sure to intrigue the most curious gourmet food lovers.”
Retailers can try the range at Zoratto Enterprise’s gift fair stand with tastings of jams, preserves, relishes and dressings taking place at various times throughout the trade show. Day says the brand’s unique offering will be a key selling point.
“Gourmet food’s popularity is only growing. People are developing a strong appreciation of quality gourmet products and with so many common flavours available out there on the market, the beauty of the Stonewall Kitchen range is that point of difference with flavours that have never been heard of here in Australia,” she adds.
“We feel this will only generate a strong following by word of mouth once consumers give them a try, so they can see for themselves that they taste fantastic.”
Zoratto Enterprises will kick off the Stonewall Kitchen’s presence in Australia with a select range. It will consider adding more products from the brand as interest grows.
