Australian furniture brand GlobeWest is launching 21 new collections and 750+ new products.
In a captivating blend of style and innovation, the furniture range is thoughtfully crafted to inspire and transform interiors, explains head of creative, Keti Lytras.
“We’ve embraced a transformative mix of light and imagination within our range with semi-gloss finishes and a palette that talks to the beauty of light,” she explains on key influence, Imagination Age.
“Playful illumination reveals the true essence of silhouettes, bringing each piece to life.
“A ‘Culture of Care’ shifts the perspective from focusing on ourselves to understanding that we’re all connected, with the importance of caring for others. There’s an emphasis on creating intuitive, inclusive products and passionately developing pieces that cater for all.
“And then there’s Shelter, which in essence talks to one of my favourite quotes ‘home is not where you were born, home is where all your attempts to escape cease’, spoken by Naguib Mahfouz. Embracing a sanctuary filled with gratitude and enriched by organic and raw elements,” says Lytras.
Highlights within the new indoor range include striking and sculptural forms, alongside a blend of craftsmanship and timeless shapes with a modern twist. Traditional silhouettes are reimagined and materials of ceramic, mappa burl veneer and sophisticated parquetry elevate their appeal.
Eye-catching marbles in matt ocean, Monica red, golden white and honey onyx come alive in a beautiful blend of colours and natural detail, she adds.
“Soothing, organic elements create a retreat-style ambience, while an intriguing mix of materials adds allure to new storage pieces. Contemporary solid wood, intricate woven patterns and bold framing unite to evoke a sense of natural harmony.
“Coloured veneers in sage and camel emerge, while other key colourways include terracotta, sand, burgundy, navy and gemstone. Warm tones and dirty pastels dominate, creating a harmonious palette of earthy hues and modern elegance.
“New upholstery styles boast higher seating, ultra-cushioned comfort and thoughtful construction. Sink back into swivel seating and curved frames and embrace cloud-like comfort with sofas featuring folded arm details, softened edges and oversized features. Colour highlights include lilac tones, lovely moss, Noyack salt, buttercream and orchid.”
