The Poo-Pourri craze is set to head down under after Gibson Importing signed on as the Australian and New Zealand distributor of the ‘before-you-go’ toilet spray range.
Already a hit in the US and on YouTube, where its ad campaign has notched up 25 million hits, Poo-Pourri eliminates bathroom odours by creating a protective film on the surface of water in the toilet to trap bad smells.
“We were blown away with the product when Jamie first saw it at a trade fair in the US,” says Monique Cheung, Gibson Importing product and marketing manager. “We are really excited to be the exclusive distributor for Australia & New Zealand and we have big plans for this brand.”
Those big plans include a special display at the upcoming Reed Gift Fairs Melbourne August event – the details of which have been kept secret.
Poo-Pourri is made of essential oils and natural compounds. It contains no harsh chemicals, parabens or ethanol. The original Poo-Pourri fragrance is a blend of bergamot, lemongrass and grapefruit.
