Gibson Gifts showroom gets makeover
Gibson Gifts has given its showroom a new lease of life with a fresh look inspired by modern retail.
As part of the upgrade the shelf space has been increased to allow the display of more than 3,000 products. The showroom is also now separated by category for improved flow and product selection.
“The carpet has been replaced with bright light coloured floor tiles and all the gondolas have been replaced with new white gondolas, many topped with light boxes which add to the bright new look,” says Monique Cheung, Gibson Importing, product and marketing manager.
Gibson Gifts hopes its retail customers will be inspired by the visual merchandising options on show such as clear and simple displays with props incorporated to support the products and use of signage and graphics.
The refurbishment, which was six months in the making, has been well received by clients.
“We have had many customers already visit our showroom in the first few weeks of the new year and they have been very enthusiastic about the changes, saying it now has a ‘wow’ factor.
“The new showroom is designed to give our brand new products a modern look and also provides merchandising solutions for our customers.
“Unveiling the new Gibson showroom has been very exciting and we look forward to showing it off to many more customers during the year in our showings,” Cheung adds.
