Following the success of its travel product line, EnviroTrend will grow this area of business by launching a range of travel candles.
“EnviroTrend has been moving more into travel type products following on from our FoldAway Traveller and more sturdy PAKitToMe backpack,” says sales and marketing manager, Kristy Zenk. “The traveling candles were a natural extension and are made with soy wax, so they fit in with our eco sensibilities.”
Zenk is aware of the abundance of candles on offer, but she says the opportunity to put their unique take on it was too tempting.
“They fit perfectly with the company’s other products in that it will feature a POS display to make it easier to merchandise in store alongside our SAKitToMe and PAKitToMe bags. When a person is planning a trip, one of everything we offer will prove invaluable.”
Exhibiting at the Sydney Home & Giving Fair, Zenk says a beautiful display and the candles’ intoxicating scent will be the perfect drawcard.
“We are expecting a great response especially from our existing store customers as it will be easy just to purchase a display unit of candles while they are buying our other items. They will be a great low price point, which is perfect when buying someone a few things as gifts.
“We are excited to see more retailers this fair as our Apple Blossom and Stripes ranges have been a huge hit with consumers this summer and we would love to share that with retail stores in the lead up to Mother’s Day.”
The new candles will be available in early March.
