It will be a busy start to the year for gift and homewares buyers with many trade fairs scheduled for the first few months of 2024 including IHGF Delhi Fair.
The 57th spring edition of the sourcing show for home, lifestyle, fashion, furnishing and furniture will be complemented by thematic pavilions, regional craft displays and live demonstrations as well as insightful seminars and presentations by industry experts.
Slated for 6 to 10 February 2024 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Delhi NCR and organised by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), the spring fair will welcome more than 3,500 exhibitors ranging from medium and small exporters, artisan entrepreneurs and designers to India’s leading manufacturer exporters.
In comparison, the 56th edition of the IHGF, which was held from 12 to 16 October 2023, had over 3,000 exhibitors and was visited by a large number of overseas buyers and their representatives from more than 100 countries and territories.
Categories covered at the spring fair include gifts & decoratives, houseware & home, home furnishing, furniture & accessories, handmade paper products & stationery, garden & outdoors, fashion jewellery & accessories, educational toys & games and much more.
Expect more on the growing trend of sustainable products as well as current themes like rustic, handmade, hand crafted, innovative raw material usages, utilitarian, crossover design interventions and new product innovations.
