Carte Blanche Australia releases Moshlings Collection
Children’s virtual pet website Moshi Monsters continues its brand extension with the launch of the Moshlings Collection of collectible plush toys at the Australian Toy, Hobby and Nursery Fair at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre last week.
Carte Blanche Australia is distributing the range following a licensing partnership between the Carte Blanche Group and Mind Candy, the creators of Moshi Monsters.
The Moshlings Collection comprises of 12 characters including fan favourites and rare Moshlings. There will be regular introductions throughout the year. It follows the release of Moshi Monsters games, books, trading cards, magazines, a movie and Moshi Village App.
“We are extremely excited to bring the Moshi Monstersplush to life with Carte Blanche,” says Darran Garnham, chief business development officer at Mind Candy. “Hundreds of millions of collectables have brought pleasure to our fan base and now we will do the same in 2014 with plush. Look out for the rare ones.”
The Australian Toy, Hobby and Nursery Fair is expected to be a big one for Carte Blanche Australia which will also unveil new characters in the Tatty Teddy & My Blue Nose Friends soft toys range.
