Bloomingville makes its mark on Australia
One of Europe’s fastest growing homewares brands has received a strong response since debuting locally through its Australian distributor Smink Homewares.
Discovered through European magazine VT Wonen, Bloomingville was added to Smink Homewares’ portfolio because of suitability with its concept and other brands.
“We brought it to Australia firstly because we love the style and secondly because at the time I discovered them, we were looking to introduce another brand to our retailers,” says Katie Pulling, owner. “We’re always looking for new brands with ranges that are different and appealing across a wide variety of home decor styles and also brands that we can offer at an affordable price. Bloomingville’s products matched our criteria and retailers’ positive response to the range has shown us that their customers also love the Bloomingville style.”
Products include kitchenware such as the best-selling patterned porcelain range, scales, canisters and jars and homewares including vases, candleholders and rugs. The brand’s style is a mix of on-trend designs and classic looks.
“The Bloomingville style is recognisable through its colourful, Nordic twist and adds a fresh and individual style to any home. It offers a mix of classic and seasonal pieces with a Scandinavian influence.”
Bloomingville has been so well received by local retailers its products have become Smink Homewares’ most popular.
“We will continue to expand the range on offer in Australia and you can expect pieces with bright colours and fun patterns, mixed with the raw, natural Nordic style.”
