Iconic English tableware brand, Royal Albert, has announced a partnership with Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr.
Work is underway on a fine bone china tea and giftware collection. The Miranda Kerr for Royal Albert collaboration is aimed at teaming catwalk glamour with afternoon tea.
“I’m excited about designing my first collection and have taken inspiration from my love of nature, the colour palette of my garden, my travels throughout the world and fond memories spent sipping tea from my Grandmother’s own Royal Albert tea set that had been passed down to her,” she says.
Royal Albert believes the partnership will inject new energy into the label as well as broaden its fan base.
“We are thrilled to announce Miranda Kerr for Royal Albert, it’s a partnership that we feel rejuvenates the brand and will allow us to really show people what Royal Albert is all about,” says Dik Delaney, Royal Albert creative director. “We are sure Royal Albert fans will be equally as thrilled and can’t wait to share the collection later in the year.”
