Bright Baby Imports has been appointed exclusive distributor of popular German toy brand Haba, adding to the children’s products supplier’s award winning ranges.
Specialising in kids toys, gifts and games from European companies, Bright Baby managing director, Teresa Roos, says Haba will be a perfect fit with the rest of the brands.
“We were very excited when the opportunity arose for us to add the beautiful premium German toy brand Haba to our portfolio,” Roos enthuses.
“For over 70 years Haba have been inventing well thought out, high quality toys which accompany children through many stages of growth and development. This exceptional range of multi-award winning toys foster creativity, spark imaginative play and hone problem solving skills. Haba’s company philosophy is based on one simple principle: children are the most important things in life.”
Haba’s wooden toys are designed and manufactured in Germany. All of the beech and birch wood used is from locally sourced sustainable forests and carries the PEFC seal.
The brand just breathes environmental protection and sustainability says Roos. “With the huge resurgence in wooden and ecofriendly toys, and the growing interest in brands that are environmentally aware, we believe that the response to this brand will be very positive.
“Additionally, we love the way that the ball track components are flexibly interchangeable and easily combined.”
The new collection is launched this month and will be available from stores in April. “We will launch the brand with over 130 different skus, so the brand will be very well represented here in Australia. This will provide a wide variety across the portfolio including baby toys, ball tracks, blocks, dolls and water toys for both the bath and beach.”
