Trade fairs are a great opportunity to source new products and discover trends that will influence the merchandise you stock in your store.
The Mega Show in Hong Kong has been around for 25 years and consists of two parts, creating the ultimate destination for companies looking for products manufactured in Asia. For seven days in October more than 50,000 buyers will attend the event to source giftware, packaging, premiums and souvenirs, housewares, toys and games, and stationery items.
The organiser of the Mega Show, ComAsia, has decided the time is right to expand its reach and is introducing two new shows―Mega Show Paris and Asia Expo & Asian Premium Fair in London.
“The two new European sourcing shows in Paris and London are in response to the changing market conditions and are being carefully edited to ensure attendees can meet with experienced companies relevant to their business and buy with confidence from the latest, innovative products on display,” explain the organisers.
“Both shows will complement the quality-led and commercially-orientated ranges and products at the Hong Kong show by presenting further fresh inspiration and innovations for the season ahead.”
Mega Show Paris will be held at Paris Nord Villeponte from 21 to 23 November and is a sourcing platform for internationally based suppliers to serve European buyers who want to purchase smaller quantities and on a shorter buying cycle.
The fair is divided into three sections: Playing & Giving, Living and E-Lifestyle and product categories include gifts, souvenirs, seasonal and festive, toys, games, baby and nursery, homewares, and electronic gadgets, electrical appliances, along with mobile devices and accessories.
Asia Expo & Asian Premium Fair is returning to London’s Olympia in early 2018 after an absence of several years. The only Asian sourcing event of its kind in the UK, Asia-based manufacturers and suppliers from China will showcase products such as gifts, advertising, souvenirs and promotional premiums, homewares and home décor accessories, stationery and desktop, festive and seasonal, gadgets, novelties and fun products, fashion accessories and packaging.
Mega Show Part 1 is held from 20 to 23 October and Mega Show Part 2 runs from 27 to 29 October.
