The Scent of Australia collection embodies Sydney’s most popular and beloved features from beaches and florists to outback Australia.
“Sydney is one of the world’s most stunning and eclectic cities,” says creative director, Jai Evans.
“It has been my home and my heart for more than 35 years and the inspiration for so many of my creative ideas. I’m so proud to have captured its spirit for those near and far to enjoy.”
The range of soy-blend candles are set in contemporary translucent, white glassware and each lid is complemented with a wood grain lid to reflect the Australian landscape.
The Sydney Florist candle was inspired by the ritual of choosing bouquets to brighten your favourite spaces and exudes a happy uplifting fragrance with notes of fresh grass, freesia and hyacinth.
Calm your mind with the Australian bush aromas encased in the Heartland candle with a blend of finger lime, flannel flower and eucalyptus.
Or relax with the lovely scents from Opera, a candle inspired by the classical musical performances held regularly in the famous Sydney Opera House and infused with orange blossom, gardenia and jasmine.
“More so than any of our senses, the sense of smell has the power to evoke emotion. A scent can transport you back to a moment in time; fleeting, fragrant and almost forgotten,” says Evans.
