Cushionopoly makes trade fair debut
Melbourne brand, Cushionopoly, will exhibit at a trade fair for the first time when it appears at the First Instyle section of Life Instyle later this month.
Zoe Howard launched the label in 2012 after delighting friends with the cushions she’d made to re-decorate her home affordably while on maternity leave.
“This June marked my second completed year in business and over the past year I have started to receive more and more wholesale orders,” she says. “I felt after attending last year’s Life Instyle Melbourne that it would be a great way to attract more stockists to our label.
“Apart from building up our list of stockists it will be our opportunity to meet some of our current stockists face to face plus also network with other business owners within the industry.”
Cushionopoly will launch its spring/summer collection and showcase the Dark Horse range at the event.
“All of our cushions from these collections have been designed and made in Melbourne. They have been hand screen-printed and lovingly handmade using 100 per cent linen and environmentally friendly water based inks,” adds Howard.
“The Dark Horse collection has been inspired by my love of the horse profile and anything equine. The new spring/summer collection is all about pops of bright colour and with a hint of gold.”
