Following huge success with the Cavallini range calendars, Bobangles will grow this area of business by launching a special Australian edition calendar from Cavallini as well as calendars from Banksy and Quotables.
The 2015 range of Cavallini calendars were first unveiled at Melbourne Reed Gift Fair at the weekend and will again be shown at the Sydney event from February 15 at Glebe Island Exhibition Centre.
Bobangles owner, Catherine Shann, says Cavallini has gone to great lengths to make a beautiful local edition for its Australian customers.
“As always Cavallini have gone out of their way to find appropriate images from their archives and various sources,” she says. “The Australian calendar is a real testament to how well they do their research. Twelve wonderful Australian images all sourced from the Prints and Photographs Division at the Library of Congress – which makes this calendar quite unique.
“The owner of Cavallini is such a proactive person to deal with. He wanted us to have something for the Australian market that would be a winner and he really made this happen with the Australian calendar. In addition, he has designed four new Australian wraps for the range which are magnificent too – one Australian collage, one poster beach scene, a new Australian map and a collage of Australian artwork.”
Bobangles has also released new greeting cards, gift wrapping packs, rubber stamps and pencils from Cavallini.
